Welcome and Farewell

This portion of the dashboard will allow you to setup messages thaat get sent when someone joins/leaves your server.

To access this:

Head to the dashboard, click/tap the Welcome & Farewell button on the left menu panel

Customization

Here you can customize which channels and roles will xelA interact with when a user joins or leaves a server. Here is how your coonfiguration menu will look like:

On this page you can configure:

• Welcome channel

• Farewell channel

• Join logs (mod logs)

• Leave logs (mod logs)

• Ban message channel

• Users default role

• Bots default role

• Await user pending

Welcome channel

• Here you can select into which channel xelA will post post a message in when someone joins the server.

Farewell channel

• Here you can select into which channel xelA will post a message in when someone leaves the server.

If you want xelA to post a message when someone joins or leaves into the same channel, select the same channel in both dropdowns.

Join Logs (mod logs)

• Here you can select into which channel xelA will post a Logging message when someone joins the server.

Leave Logs (mod logs)

• Here you can select into which channel xelA will post a Logging message when someone joins the server.

Ban message channel

• Here you can select into which channel xelA will post a message to when a user is banned as well as configure the message that is sent.

Please note that this message and the channel will be overridden by the channel set for General Logging and the message set in Action Messages

Users default role

• Here you can select roles to give to users when they join your server

Bots default role

• Here you can select roles that will be automatically added to bot accounts when one is added to your server.

Await user pending

• This toggle will allow you to force users to go through the onboarding process before a role is assigned to them.
